LTA is a talent and leadership development company based in Melbourne’s CBD.
During a repositioning workshop, I sat down with LTA’s Directors and designers Made You Look. We worked to establish a new ‘brand story’ to transition from the old name Leadership Talent Australia to LTA.
The following industry research and brand strategy workshops established that clarity of language would make a statement in an industry flavoured by management jargon.
Working closely with the Managing Director, I created a sitemap and outline for the rebranded website. My new copy focused on evocative, keyword-focused headlines, clear and readable sections, and body copy that emphasised LTA’s capability and expertise. The old, wordy services pages were refined into the new service lines ‘Culture, Capability, and Connection.’
Every title, headline, copy, and description was written to LTA’s target audience: global companies with 500+ staff.
This project also involved a range of other ongoing materials around the brand launch, including blog posts, EDMs, brochures, and client presentations.
