This business processes and exports materials for use in industry. In a period of huge growth for the company it became essential to redefine their brand in a highly competitive market.
I created a brand questionnaire for the client, which sought to discover the essence of the brand, future business objectives, key messaging, and competitors.
With the design studio we conducted a 3-hour brand strategy workshop, which drew out detailed information on the client, ranging from possible new business to customer behaviour.
I then produced a 20-page brand strategy document, which pulled together an overview of their current brand strategy recommendations. This informed the direction of the brand and how it is rolled out in the digital space.
